Treatment methods of cataract

1

Treatment With Phaco Method

The phaco technique is a method that is used in cataract treatment and is a surgery to replace the natural lens with an artificial lens. A small incision is made of 2.2 mm in the eye with a piece of special equipment, and before the surgery special liquids are used to separate the natural lens from the other layers of the eye without damaging it. Using equipment is specific to each patient and for single use only. The operation time is around 10-15 minutes and the patient can return immediately to her / his daily life.

2

Cataract Treatment With Intraocular Lenses

This cataract treatment includes the replacements of the natural lens with a multi-focus lens. These are different types of lenses with different focusing degrees such as monofocal (single focal), bifocal (bifocal) and trifocal (trifocal) lenses. Some of these lenses allow you to see far away, while others allow you to see up close. Thus, both far and near images fall on the yellow spot that allows the eye to see. Patients who are treated with this treatment method and respond to the treatment may not need to wear glasses.

3

Femtosecond Laser Treatment

The eye is locally anesthetized with the help of eye drops during this cataract surgery. The operation is performed without using anesthesia, needles, bistoury and it is painless. With the laser technology "femtosecond laser", also known as nonsurgically cataract surgery, the most important stages of the surgery are performed without using a bistoury. This method significantly reduces the complication risk.
What Damages Cause Injury To Closed Eyes?
Large objects can cause severe damage to the eye even though the eye doesn't tear.

Eye Traumas

A closed eye injury is when the eyewall is not totally damaged but the intraocular tissue is damaged by the severity of the impact during the accident.
